Mule in Paradise

Ingredients

• 60 ml Bourbon Whiskey
• 22.5 ml Lime Juice
• 15 ml Ginger syrup
• 15 ml Passionfruit syrup
• 90 ml Club soda

Method

1. Add Bourbon Whiskey, Lime Juice, Ginger syrup and Passionfruit syrup to a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until cold.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
4. Add Club soda last and stir gently to combine.
5. Optional garnish: lime wedge.
