Needle in the Hay

Ingredients

• 30 ml Islay Scotch Whisky
• 22.5 ml Apple Brandy
• 1 barspoon Maple syrup
• 2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Method

1. Combine Islay Scotch Whisky, Apple Brandy, Maple syrup and Angostura aromatic bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4. Optional garnish: a twist of lemon.
