Ingredients: 60 ml Gin; 30 ml Sweet Vermouth; 7.5 ml Campari; 7.5 ml Cynar; 2 dash Orange Bitters; 2 Saline solution

A stirred cocktail featuring Gin, Sweet Vermouth, Campari.

Ingredients

60 ml Gin
30 ml Sweet Vermouth
7.5 ml Campari
7.5 ml Cynar
2 dash Orange Bitters
2 Saline solution

Method

Combine Gin, Sweet Vermouth, Campari, Cynar, Orange Bitters, Saline solution (if using) in a mixing glass with ice.
Stir until cold and diluted.
Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
