New Fashioned

Ingredients

• 60 ml Sake
• 30 ml Cocchi Aperitivo Americano
• 30 ml Red wine
• 3 dash Grapefruit bitters
• 1 Sugar

Method

1. If using the sugar cube, dissolve it with the bitters and Cocchi Americano in a rocks glass.
2. Add the sake and crushed ice, then stir until cold.
3. Slowly pour the red wine over the back of a spoon to form a float.
4. Optional garnish: lemon twist.
