Nice (by Way of Antibes)

Ingredients

• 60 ml Gin
• 30 ml Bénédictine
• 60 ml Grapefruit Juice
• 60 ml Club soda

Method

1. Add Gin, Bénédictine and Grapefruit Juice to a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until cold.
3. Double-strain through a cocktail strainer and a fine sieve into a highball glass over fresh ice.
4. Add Club soda last and stir gently to combine.
5. Optional garnish: lime peel.
