Non-Alc Hurricane

Ingredients

• 30 ml Lemon Juice
• 22.5 ml Passionfruit syrup
• 7.5 ml Grenadine Syrup
• 1 Club soda
• 3 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Method

1. Add Lemon Juice, Passionfruit syrup, Grenadine Syrup and Angostura aromatic bitters to a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until cold.
3. Strain into a hurricane glass over fresh ice.
4. Add Club soda last and stir gently to combine.
5. Optional garnish: Maraschino Liqueur cherry or lemon wheel.
