Not Far From A Tree

Ingredients

• 12 piece Mint Leaves
• 30 ml Yellow Chartreuse
• 30 ml Apple Brandy
• 60 ml Pear liqueur
• 7.5 ml Simple Syrup
• 30 ml Lime Juice

Method

1. Slap the mint leaves between your palms and put them in a rocks glass.
2. Add the yellow Chartreuse, apple brandy, pear liqueur, simple syrup and lime juice.
3. Fill with crushed ice. Swizzle with a swizzle stick or rotate a bar spoon between your palms until the glass frosts.
4. Top up with crushed ice. Optionally garnish with Mint Leaves.
