Ingredients

• 30 ml Mezcal
• 15 ml Jamaican Rum
• 15 ml Campari
• 15 ml Dry Vermouth
• 15 ml Sweet Vermouth

Method

1. Combine Mezcal, Jamaican Rum, Campari, Dry Vermouth and Sweet Vermouth in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
4. Optional garnish: orange and lime peels.
5. Optional aromatic finish: squeeze the colored side of orange and lime peels over the surface to release its oils; discard the peel or use it as garnish.
