Oaxaca Old Fashioned

Ingredients

• 45 ml Tequila Reposado
• 15 ml Mezcal
• 7.5 ml Agave Syrup
• 2 dash Mole Bitters

Method

1. Add the tequila, mezcal, agave syrup, and bitters to a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
2. Stir until chilled.
3. Optional garnish: express an orange peel over the surface. For a flamed peel, briefly warm its skin side with a lit match, squeeze its oils through the flame above the drink, then extinguish the match.
4. Optional garnish: orange twist.
