Ingredients

• 82.5 ml Gin
• 15 ml Dry Vermouth
• 6 dash Absinthe

Method

1. Combine Gin, Dry Vermouth and Absinthe in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Optional aromatic finish: squeeze the colored side of a lemon peel over the surface to release its oils; discard the peel or use it as garnish.
