Palmetto No. 1

Ingredients

• 60 ml Jamaican Rum
• 30 ml Sweet Vermouth
• 2 dash Orange Bitters

Method

1. Combine Jamaican Rum, Sweet Vermouth and Orange Bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
4. Optional garnish: orange peel.
