Palmetto No. 2

Ingredients

• 30 ml Brown Rum
• 30 ml Sweet Vermouth
• 1 dash Orange Bitters
• 1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Method

1. Combine Brown Rum, Sweet Vermouth, Orange Bitters and Angostura aromatic bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
4. Optional garnish: an orange peel.
