Tropical pineapple sharpened with lime and spicy ginger beer.

Pineapple Ginger Cooler cocktail

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 0.75 oz Lime Juice
  • 3 oz Ginger Beer
  • 1 piece Pineapple Wedge

Method

  1. Build pineapple and lime over ice in a highball.
  2. Top with ginger beer and stir once.
  3. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
