Pink Lady

Ingredients

• 45 ml Gin
• 15 ml Apple Brandy
• 15 ml Grenadine Syrup
• 22.5 ml Lemon Juice
• 1 Egg White

Method

1. Add Gin, Apple Brandy, Grenadine Syrup, Lemon Juice and Egg White to a shaker.
2. Shake without ice until foamy.
3. Add ice and shake until cold.
4. Strain into a chilled coupe.
5. Optional garnish: brandied cherry.
