Planter’s Punch

A built cocktail featuring Jamaican Rum, Lime juice, Simple Syrup.

Planter’s Punch cocktail

Ingredients

  • 45 ml Jamaican Rum
  • 15 ml Lime Juice
  • 30 ml Simple Syrup
  • 3 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Method

  1. Add the rum, lime juice, syrup, and bitters to a small tumbler or clay cup.
  2. Stir to combine.
  3. Add cold water or ice a little at a time to reach the desired dilution.
  4. Optional garnish: orange zest.
