Poet’s Dream

Ingredients

• 22.5 ml Gin
• 0.75 oz Dry Vermouth
• 15 ml Bénédictine
• 2 dash Orange Bitters

Method

1. Combine Gin, Dry Vermouth, Bénédictine and Orange Bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
4. Optional garnish: lemon twist.
