Poolside Gossip

Ingredients

• 1 oz Vodka
• 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5 oz Peach liqueur
• 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
• 1 Strawberry
• 2 dash Peychaud's Bitters
• 3 oz Prosecco

Method

1. If preparing the optional lemongrass-vodka preparation, steep 7.5 grams of loose lemongrass tea in 750 ml vodka for 2 hours, then strain; measure that infused vodka for this recipe.
2. Muddle the strawberry in the shaker before adding the still ingredients. Reserve the sparkling wine.
3. Add the remaining measured ingredients to the shaker, reserving Prosecco.
4. Add ice and shake until cold.
5. Strain into a wine glass over fresh ice.
6. Add Prosecco last and stir gently to combine.
7. Optional garnish: lemon wheel and edible flower.
