Porn Star Martini
A shaken cocktail featuring Vanilla Vodka, Passoã, Simple Syrup.
Ingredients
- 60 ml Vanilla Vodka
- 15 ml Passoã
- 15 ml Simple Syrup
- 15 ml Lime Juice
- 60 ml Champagne
Method
- Reserve the Champagne to serve separately.
- Shake the vanilla vodka, Passoã, lime juice, and syrup with ice.
- Double-strain into a chilled coupe.
- Serve the chilled Champagne in a separate small glass alongside the cocktail.
- Optional garnish: half a passionfruit.
Story
Douglas Ankrah created it at Townhouse in London in 2002, with passion fruit, vanilla vodka and a shot of Prosecco on the side. Within two decades it was the UK's best-selling cocktail.
