Porto Flip
A shaken cocktail featuring Brandy, Red wine, Egg.
Ingredients
- 15 ml Brandy
- 45 ml Red wine
- 1 Egg
- 1 Nutmeg
Method
- Add Brandy, Red wine and Egg to a shaker.
- Shake without ice until foamy.
- Add ice and shake until cold.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Optional garnish: sprinkle with ground nutmeg.
