Poseidon

Ingredients

• 1 oz Mezcal
• 0.75 oz Cynar
• 0.5 oz White Rum
• 0.5 oz Dry Curaçao
• 0.25 oz Punt e Mes
• 2 dash Orange Bitters
• 2 dash Saline solution

Method

1. Combine Mezcal, Cynar, White Rum, Dry Curaçao, Punt e Mes, Orange Bitters and Saline solution in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4. Optional garnish: lemon peel, olive.
