Prado
A shaken cocktail featuring Tequila Blanco, Lime Juice, Maraschino.
Ingredients
- 45 ml Tequila Blanco
- 22.5 ml Lime Juice
- 15 ml Maraschino Liqueur
- 22.5 ml Egg White
Method
- Combine the tequila, lime juice, Maraschino Liqueur and egg white in a shaker without ice.
- Dry shake to foam the egg white, then add ice and shake again until cold.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe.
