Prime Inspector

Ingredients

• 30 ml Apple Brandy
• 30 ml Amaro Averna
• 30 ml Punt e Mes
• 1 dash Peychaud's Bitters

Method

1. Combine the apple brandy, Averna, Punt e Mes and Peychaud's bitters in a mixing glass.
2. Add ice and stir until cold.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
