Prince Charles Don’t Surf

Ingredients

• 30 ml Gin
• 15 ml Orgeat
• 15 ml Lemon Juice
• 1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
• 120 ml Beer

Method

1. Add Gin, Orgeat, Lemon Juice and Angostura aromatic bitters to a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until cold.
3. Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
4. Add Beer last and stir gently to combine.
5. Optional garnish: lemon wheel.
