A stirred cocktail featuring Mezcal, Tequila Reposado, Cynar.

Puebla York cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1.25 oz Mezcal
  • 0.75 oz Tequila Reposado
  • 0.5 oz Cynar
  • 0.5 oz Crème de cassis
  • 0.5 dash Mole Bitters

Method

  1. Add the reposado mezcal, reposado tequila, Cynar, crème de cassis and mole bitters to a mixing glass.
  2. Add ice and stir until cold.
  3. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
