Puritan

Ingredients

• 2 oz Gin
• 0.5 oz Dry Vermouth
• 0.25 oz Yellow Chartreuse
• 2 dash Orange Bitters

Method

1. Combine Gin, Dry Vermouth, Yellow Chartreuse and Orange Bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Optional garnish: lemon twist.
