Quilty

Ingredients

• 30 ml Mezcal
• 22.5 ml Sherry
• 22.5 ml Coffee Liqueur
• 15 ml Bourbon Whiskey
• 15 ml Islay Scotch Whisky

Method

1. Combine Mezcal, Sherry, Coffee Liqueur, Bourbon Whiskey and Islay Scotch Whisky in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4. Optional garnish: thick piece of lemon peel.
