Ingredients

• 45 ml Tequila Blanco
• 22.5 ml Lime Juice
• 22.5 ml Ginger syrup
• 15 ml Sweet Vermouth
• 1 Club soda

Method

1. Shake the tequila, lime juice, and ginger syrup with a few small ice cubes until chilled.
2. Strain into a highball glass.
3. Add the club soda and ice.
4. Slowly pour the sweet vermouth over the back of a spoon onto the surface.
5. Optional garnish: spring of Mint Leaves.
