Rainy Day Fund

Ingredients

• 45 ml Mezcal
• 22.5 ml Dry Vermouth
• 22.5 ml Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto
• 2 dash Orange Bitters

Method

1. Add all the measured ingredients to a rocks glass over ice.
2. Stir in the serving glass until chilled.
3. Optional garnish: orange twist.
