Ric Pear Blanc

Ingredients

• 60 ml Vermouth Bianco
• 22.5 ml Lime Juice
• 15 ml Pear Brandy (Williams)
• 7.5 ml Ginger syrup
• 7.5 ml Egg White

Method

1. Add Vermouth Bianco, Lime Juice, Pear Brandy (Williams), Ginger syrup and Egg White to a shaker.
2. Shake without ice until foamy.
3. Add ice and shake until cold.
4. Strain into a chilled coupe.
5. Optional garnish: fresh rosemary sprig.
