Rum and Ramazzotti
A shaken cocktail featuring Dark Rum, Amaro Ramazzotti, Pineapple Juice.
Ingredients
- 45 ml Dark Rum
- 22.5 ml Amaro Ramazzotti
- 52.5 ml Pineapple Juice
- 15 ml Lime Juice
Method
- Add the dark rum, Ramazzotti, pineapple juice and lime juice to a shaker.
- Shake with ice until cold.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with pebble or crushed ice.
