Rum Old Fashioned

Ingredients

• 50 ml Dark Rum
• 5 ml Simple Syrup
• 3 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Method

1. Combine Dark Rum, Simple Syrup and Angostura aromatic bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4. Optional garnish: orange peel.
