Sang Amer
A shaken cocktail featuring Tequila Blanco, Campari, Aperol.
Ingredients
- 30 ml Tequila Blanco
- 15 ml Campari
- 15 ml Aperol
- 45 ml Blood Orange Juice
Method
- Shake the tequila, Campari, Aperol, and blood orange juice hard with ice until chilled.
- Strain into an empty shaker and discard the ice.
- Shake again without ice to increase the foam.
- Pour into a highball glass over fresh ice.
- Optional garnish: blood orange wedge.
