Saturn
A shaken cocktail featuring Gin, Lemon juice, Passionfruit syrup.
Ingredients
- 60 ml Gin
- 22.5 ml Lemon Juice
- 15 ml Passionfruit syrup
- 7.5 ml Orgeat
- 1 barspoon Falernum
Method
- Add Gin, Lemon Juice, Passionfruit syrup, Orgeat and Falernum to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until cold.
- Strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice.
- Optional garnish: saturn + rings!.
Story
A rare gin tiki drink, created by J. 'Popo' Galsini and winner of the 1967 International Bartenders Association competition. Falernum and orgeat give it the tropical side.
