Sauvignon Blanc Punch

Ingredients

• 3 oz White wine
• 0.5 oz Aperol
• 0.5 oz Grapefruit Juice
• 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
• 0.25 oz Simple Syrup
• 1 Club soda

Method

1. Add White wine, Aperol, Grapefruit Juice, Lemon Juice and Simple Syrup to a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until cold.
3. Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
4. Add Club soda last and stir gently to combine.
