Savoy Special #1

Ingredients

• 60 ml Gin
• 30 ml Dry Vermouth
• 7.5 ml Grenadine Syrup
• 1 barspoon Absinthe

Method

1. Combine Gin, Dry Vermouth, Grenadine Syrup and Absinthe in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Optional garnish: orange twist.
