Scotch and Coconut
A stirred cocktail featuring Dark Rum, Scotch whiskey, Coconut water.
Ingredients
- 30 ml Dark Rum
- 30 ml Scotch Whisky
- 15 ml Coconut water
- 7.5 ml Cointreau
- 1 barspoon Demerara Syrup
- 2 dash Mole Bitters
Method
- The day before serving, freeze the measured coconut water in an ice mold.
- Stir the rum, Scotch Whisky, Cointreau, demerara syrup, and bitters with ordinary ice until cold.
- Place the frozen coconut-water cube in a rocks glass and strain the drink over it.
