Scotch Sling

Ingredients

• 60 ml Islay Scotch Whisky
• 22.5 ml Sweet Vermouth
• 15 ml Lemon Juice
• 15 ml Honey Syrup
• 1 barspoon Maraschino Liqueur
• 2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Method

1. Combine Islay Scotch Whisky, Sweet Vermouth, Lemon Juice, Honey Syrup, Maraschino Liqueur and Angostura aromatic bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4. Optional garnish: lemon peel.
