Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Gin
• 0.25 oz Chinola (Passionfruit)
• 0.5 oz Licor 43
• 0.25 oz Lime Juice
• 0.5 oz Passionfruit Purée
• 2 oz Sparkling wine
• 0.5 oz Vanilla syrup
• 1 Crushed ice

Method

1. Put Gin, Chinola (Passionfruit), Licor 43, Lime Juice, Passionfruit Purée, Vanilla syrup in a blender with crushed ice.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a hurricane glass.
4. Add Sparkling wine last and stir gently to combine.
5. Optional garnish: edible flower and Mint Leaves bouquet.
