Shade Thrower

Ingredients

• 60 ml Bourbon Whiskey
• 15 ml Amaro Averna
• 15 ml Sweet Vermouth
• 7.5 ml Aperol

Method

1. Combine Bourbon Whiskey, Amaro Averna, Sweet Vermouth and Aperol in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4. Optional garnish: orange twist.
