Shoot the Moon
A stirred cocktail featuring Gin, Pear Brandy (Williams), Cinnamon syrup.
Ingredients
- 45 ml Gin
- 15 ml Pear Brandy (Williams)
- 7.5 ml Cinnamon syrup
- 2 dash Grapefruit bitters
Method
- Combine all the measured ingredients in a rocks glass over ice.
- Stir in the serving glass until chilled and diluted.
- Optional garnish: dehydrated pear, cinnamon powder.
