Ingredients

• 60 ml Mezcal
• 22.5 ml Cointreau
• 22.5 ml Lime Juice
• 7.5 ml Agave Syrup
• 3 piece Cucumber
• 2 Cilantro
• 1 piece Chilli Pepper

Method

1. Muddle the cucumber, cilantro, and chili in the shaker before adding the liquids and ice.
2. Add the remaining measured ingredients to the shaker.
3. Add ice and shake until cold.
4. Double-strain through a cocktail strainer and a fine sieve into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
5. Optional garnish: chilled jicama slice with chili salt.
