Ingredients: 45 ml Gin; 22.5 ml Crème de Cacao (White); 22.5 ml Lemon Juice; 15 ml Cocchi Aperitivo Americano; 15 ml Blue Curaçao; 7.5 ml Cinnamon syrup

A shaken cocktail featuring Gin, Crème de Cacao (White), Lemon juice.

Ingredients

45 ml Gin
22.5 ml Crème de Cacao (White)
22.5 ml Lemon Juice
15 ml Cocchi Aperitivo Americano
15 ml Blue Curaçao
7.5 ml Cinnamon syrup

Method

Add all the measured ingredients to a shaker with a small handful of crushed ice.
Shake until most of the ice melts.
Pour everything into the serving glass and add more crushed ice to fill.
Optional finish: dash Peychaud’s bitters over the surface.
Optional garnish: peychaud’s bitters.
