Sour Strawberry Highball
A stirred cocktail featuring Tequila, Strawberry shrub syrup, Club soda.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Tequila
- 1 oz Strawberry shrub syrup
- 1 Club soda
Method
- Combine Tequila and Strawberry shrub syrup in a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir until cold and diluted.
- Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
- Add Club soda last and stir gently to combine.
- Optional garnish: lime wedge.
