Spaceface from Young American

Ingredients

• 45 ml Tequila Blanco
• 15 ml Pineapple Syrup
• 15 ml Lime Juice
• 7.5 ml Honey
• 1 barspoon Crème de menthe
• 1 piece Lime
• 6 piece Mint Leaves

Method

1. Muddle the lime wedge with the honey in the shaker, then gently press in the Mint Leaves before adding the remaining ingredients.
2. Add the remaining measured ingredients to the shaker.
3. Add ice and shake until cold.
4. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
5. Optional garnish: Mint Leaves.
