45 ml Demerara Rum
30 ml White Rum
90 ml Orange Juice
60 ml Lemon Juice
30 ml Passionfruit syrup
22.5 ml Simple Syrup
2.5 ml Vanilla Extract
600 ml Crushed ice

Method

Put Jamaican Rum, Demerara Rum, White Rum, Orange Juice, Lemon Juice, Passionfruit syrup, Simple Syrup, Vanilla Extract in a blender with crushed ice.
Pulse with the listed crushed ice for up to 10 seconds, until mixed and chilled.
Divide the blended batch among serving glasses; the base recipe makes four servings.
