Split Decision

Ingredients

• 1 oz Blended Scotch Whisky
• 1 oz Apple Brandy
• 0.25 oz Aperol
• 0.5 oz Vanilla syrup

Method

1. Add the Scotch Whisky, apple brandy, Aperol and vanilla syrup to a shaker.
2. Shake with ice until cold.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Optionally express orange peel over the drink.
