Squeaky Wheel

Ingredients

• 30 ml Mezcal
• 30 ml Campari
• 22.5 ml Coffee Liqueur
• 7.5 ml Amaretto
• 2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Method

1. Combine Mezcal, Campari, Coffee Liqueur, Amaretto and Angostura aromatic bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
4. Optional garnish: orange twist.
5. Optional aromatic finish: squeeze the colored side of an orange peel over the surface to release its oils; discard the peel or use it as garnish.
