Ingredients

• 60 ml Apple Brandy
• 22.5 ml Sweet Vermouth
• 1 barspoon Simple Syrup
• 2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Method

1. Combine Apple Brandy, Sweet Vermouth, Simple Syrup and Angostura aromatic bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Optional garnish: lemon twist.
