Tango Nuevo

Ingredients

• 45 ml Dark Rum
• 15 ml Honey Syrup
• 15 ml Coffee Liqueur

Method

1. Combine Dark Rum, Honey Syrup and Coffee Liqueur in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until cold and diluted.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
4. Optional garnish: a pinch of smoked salt and lemon peel.
