Tequila Spritz

Ingredients

• 300 ml Tequila Blanco
• 202.5 ml Aperol
• 202.5 ml Sweet Vermouth
• 0.25 barspoon Orange Bitters
• 1 Tonic Water

Method

1. Combine the tequila, Aperol, vermouth, and bitters in a clean bottle; reserve the Tonic Water.
2. Cap, mix, and chill thoroughly. The base recipe makes a batch of six servings.
3. For each serving, pour one-sixth of the chilled mixture into a wine glass over ice.
4. Add cold Tonic Water to taste and stir gently.
5. Optional garnish: orange slice.
